What this website does

Team Events Ireland is an enquiry and introduction service. We help groups find suitable team events, hen and stag activities, birthdays, corporate days out and other private group experiences in Ireland. We do not sell tickets, take payments or process bookings through this website.

When you send us a brief, we may suggest one or more event providers we think will suit. If you choose to proceed with a recommended provider, the booking, payment, terms and any contract for that event are entered into directly between you and the provider. We are not a party to that contract.

Information on this website

We take reasonable care to make sure the information on this website is accurate and up to date. Event details, pricing, availability and formats are set by individual event providers and can change without notice. We do not warrant that the information on the website is complete, current or free from error, and you should confirm specifics with the provider before relying on them.

Your responsibilities

When using the website and our enquiry service, you agree that:

• The information you provide in your brief is accurate and given in good faith.
• You will not use the website for any unlawful purpose, or in any way that could damage, disable or impair the site or interfere with any other party's use of it.

Bookings, cancellations and refunds

Because all bookings and payments are made directly with the event provider, their cancellation, refund and rescheduling policies apply - not ours. Please check those terms with the provider before paying. Any complaints in relation to an event should be raised first with the event provider; we are happy to assist where we can.

Liability

We provide the website and our introduction service with reasonable care and skill. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from:

• Any action or omission of an event provider, including cancellation, postponement, lateness, or any aspect of the event itself.
• Personal injury, theft, loss of or damage to personal property at an event (other than where caused by our negligence, and in that case our liability is limited to the amount paid to us, if any, in respect of that booking).
• Any indirect or consequential loss, including loss of profits, loss of business or loss of opportunity.

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded by law.

Intellectual property

All content on this website - including text, photography, illustrations, logos and design - is owned by or licensed to Alternative Experiences Ltd. You may view and share pages from the website for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute or use any content from the website for commercial purposes without our prior written permission.
